Leicester Masters Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan

Club Objective:

For everyone who swims with us to have a sense of belonging when taking part in LMSC activities.

To this end, LMSC has a working group dedicated to ensuring that our membership reflects the diversity of the area in which we are based. We celebrate our members’ achievements and successes at all levels so that anyone who wants to join us realises that we are a Club for swimmers of all abilities.
